MIDDAY BEARINGS 063: THE RIGHT PATH
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2026 • PILGRIMAGE DAY 063
SCRIPTURE
“He restores my soul. He guides me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.”
Psalm 23:3
DEVOTIONAL
A right path is not always the easiest path.
It may require an apology, a boundary, a truthful decision, or a slower pace. Comfort alone cannot determine direction.
The Shepherd guides in paths of righteousness—roads shaped by His character. Look for the path where truth and mercy can remain together, where obedience does not require pretending, and where love refuses both cruelty and cowardice.
Take the right path one step at a time.
INSIGHT
God’s guidance leads toward integrity, even when integrity costs more than immediate comfort.
REFLECTION
Which path is easier, and which one is right?
What faithful step would place you on the Shepherd’s road?
PRAYER
God, guide me beyond convenience into the path of righteousness. Give me courage for truth, mercy in my manner, and steadiness for the step before me. Amen.
BENEDICTION
Choose the Shepherd’s path.
Right direction matters more than easy ground.
