SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2026 • PILGRIMAGE DAY 091
SCRIPTURE
“It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:”
Psalm 92:1 (KJV)
DEVOTIONAL
The week is ending, though not every thread has been tied.
Some questions remain open. Some work will continue. Some moments deserve gratitude, and others still need grief, correction, or patient care. A truthful closing does not force all of them into the same feeling.
Gather the week before God. Remember the light for your next step, the moments of listening, the small trusts, the gentle answers, the good work, and the permission to be still. Name where grace met your need and where you still need help.
Then let praise have the final space without asking it to erase the rest. God’s goodness is larger than a finished checklist. You may enter another week carrying gratitude and humility, not the burden of making the last seven days complete.
INSIGHT
Praise can close a truthful account of the week without pretending every need is resolved.
REFLECTION
Where did grace meet your need this week?
What can you place in God’s care before tomorrow begins?
PRAYER
Father, receive this week in its fullness. Thank You for Your goodness, forgive what needs forgiving, and guide what remains unfinished. Lead me into tomorrow with gratitude and trust. Amen.
BENEDICTION
Close the week with honest praise.
Enter tomorrow under the care of God.
